Sicilia – Deliziosa villetta a schiera con appartamentino climatizzato a circa 120 metri dalla spiaggia nel centro di San Vito Lo Capo (TP), dotato di n. 1 posto auto all’interno del sottostante scantinato, con piccolo giardino dove si può comodamente pranzare e prendere il sole. L’appartamento risulta così formato: un’ampia camera da letto matrimoniale, una stanzetta con letto a castello, un bagno con doccia, lavatrice, un ampio soggiorno con TV e divano letto matrimoniale, angolo cottura con frigo e congelatore. consumi luce, acqua e gas tutto compreso. ideale per 4 persone ma può ospitare  fino a n. 6 persone, no animali.

Sicily -A delicious flat air-conditionned in the center of S. Vito Lo Capo (TP) and very close to the beach (120 meters, that is 0.150 miles ). It is set up with a private underground garage, just beneath the house, where you can park your car. The flat is at the ground floor and it has a small garden, provided of table and chairs in order to have the possibility to have a nice dinner/lunch outside, or to sunbathe. Within the flat there are: a large double bedroom, a small bedroom with a bunk, a bathroom with shower, lavatrice, a large living room with TV and a sofa-bed, and a kitchen with fridge and freezer. All the consumptions (light, gas, water) are included. The flat can host till 6 persons. No pets.
